the staff were very friendly, very good choice in breakfast
the room and an ensuite were a bit small
A new built hotel, great staff and the food was excellent too.Free internet in rooms, bar etc was helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised by the indian restaurant and it was excellent quality Staff were very friendly Room was pleasnt
Good all round hotel
TV in room did not work and I missed the England football game. From this I will not be stopping again.
It was convenient to my destination in Smethwick. The 126 bus was excellent for getting to city centre and train station. Good breakfast choice.
Long walk to Oldbury centre.
Beds were comfy. Good hospitality and excellent service from cheerful staff.
No nearby train station + some of the parties at night
Very polite staff, comfortable rooms, reasonable price.
TheRamada was fien hotel choice. GreatValue GreatCleanliness the only stickin point is theDistance from CityCentre
Staff unhelpful-didn't know address of hotel when we rang after cutting us off saying "wait a minute" 3 times (yes 3!!!), messed up booking- double not twin as "coach load arrived before you so we've got non left",awful food-reception staff told us to go to McDonalds down the road if not happy, no heating, stank of smoke in no smoking room. Breakfast OK though.
Awful, worst hotel experience you could imagine-faulty towers. Breakfast quite nice though!
i liked the fact that the bed was very big. very spacious to fit myself, my partner and my 3year old daughter.
well if i am honest there was nothing i really like. I felt be littled I paid cash on arrival and they still wanted a card for safe holding, which I didnot understand. on checking out I was told I had a bill for £70.and some pence when I had already paid on arrival. I was not a happy bunny.
I think your Staff are very rude they need training on customer service.
Room and bathroom as well were very clean, I liked scent in the hall and design of the interior, breakfast was very tasty also :) basically I really recommend this hotel, I'll definitely use theirs service again when I will be staying in Birmingham
I was impressed when i walked into the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, the room was excellent value for money, i shall use Ramada again !
Really nice staff on the desk and in the hotel bar. I had my evening meal in the restaurant which was An Indian style but also served other meals and you could have room service as well. The meal was very reasonable but also one of the best indian meals I have had for a while. I had a super king bed which was very clean and comfortable a good size tv with freeview and a nice shower and toielt. I would stay there again and recommend anyone who is looking at a premier inn to look at the Ramada hotel as I feel it is nicer and better value for money as my room was only £42 and I booked the day before I went
Large beds Clean Quiet Nice room & facilities
Bath rail on all the time at an unadjustable high setting making the shower room very hot. Road works making a right turn into hotel impossible.
